Cigar Box purse

I believe that 2012 will go down as the year of changes for us. Each of us seems to be working on life changing goals. When my brain gets to thinking way to much, I need a very detailed oriented project.

Cutting out all these little bits of paper was just the ticket. I hadn’t done a cigar box purse in a while. I’m surprised I remembered all the small details. The most important thing I did remember was that you don’t want any white paper around your graphics, that makes it look very cheap.

I think I’m ready for a few more of these…It didn’t slow my brain down enough. I think I’ll start a series called Family Friday and then you all would know that is a post about life stuff around here. I find it hard to intertwine life happenings with project posts.

If you need some Decoupage secrets here is a post I did before: My Decoupage secrets – all the same techniques are used on the purse.

Oh Sonia that’s a great piece of work. Absolutely genius. It proved that you don’t need expensive ingredients to make a good looking stuff. It just takes creativity & intelligence.
